Certainly an upgrade from downtowns Y. I have arthritis, and let's just say the hotub, sauna and steam room are where it's at. It's a very open concept area. Although hectic for my liking because if how busy it gets, I completely see why it's this busy. Can't rate staff, haven't interacted enough. Can say the mens lockerooms clean and full of everything you can expect. Easy entry and exit. I go there to heal and ease the physical pain. Will update this after I check out all it has to offer. So far clean, and I certainly would recommend trying it out if your looking for what I looked for.

I am so thankful for the YMCA! I get my membership through the membership for all program, and it has helped me tremendously! I absolutely love using the lazy river in the pool area, and I love how there's a time that I can come where it's 18+ and meant for exercising. I appreciate the 18+ time because I have autism and can't handle splashing and yelling very well. I have lost 85 pounds since I started coming here, and I hope to lose even more!

My family and I come here often, almost every day. Our daughter uses the pool and teen room, while my husband and I use the performance room and the upstairs gym. It's a great place to go with many things to do. I'd recommend maintaining the upstairs gym more often, some equipment stays out of order for long periods of time and they should be cleaned regularly, some equipment just looks dirty from sweat and dust. Other than that, we look forward to coming here.

We’ve been faithful YMCA members for many years. We really like that they listen to the feedback they get from members. I’ve requested many things that they’ve considered so it makes me want to keep going back. The facilities are spacious and there’s something for everyone to do. I love the addition of the Performance Zone!!

UPDATE: Today I am changing my review to four stars (from three). Katrina Nebel, Senior Director of Health and Wellness at the Y, reached out to me directly indicating that the issues with the equipment are being addressed. Then, Sean (one of the staff) was able to show me that the machine I thought was not working was because I didn’t know how to properly set it. As promised, I’m attaching photos of the other issues I had mentioned. Once those and similar items are remedied, I have no reason to think I won’t update my rating to five stars. ********** Seems to be a great place for families with young kids.Staff are generally welcoming and friendly. The facility is kept very clean overall, including the pool area, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and shower/changing areas. The upstairs weight machines, however, are outdated and not well-maintained. Several have been patched up with electrical tape, at least on one machine the exercise doesn’t work, and the back of the Leg Press seat has multiple rips in it. Is the location hurting for funds to maintain or replace machines? I’m rating 3 stars because I need strength training and the weight machine workouts are my primary reason for going.
